Kurt started Property Cost Systems in 1989 to help business owners and property management companies manage their utility purchases. Prior to energy consulting, Kurt worked in many aspects of commercial real estate including mortgage banking, syndications, property management, pre-development, development and asset management. For over 35 years, Kurt has brought his expertise in deregulated energy procurement, connecting clients with energy buyers and solutions. Managing services for a wide range of clients, Kurt has been able to expand his services, markets, and teams over the last few decades. 

In his free time, you can find Kurt on the golf course, hiking with family, and spending time outside. Kurt holds a bachelor’s degree in business management and a master’s degree in business administration with a concentration in finance from Cornell University. Kurt is married and has three adult sons.

Over the last decade, Grant has advised clients and partners to make strategic energy purchases in deregulated markets. Prior to joining Property Cost Solutions, Grant was a financial advisor where he guided customers and business owners on risk management strategies. He’s used this foundation to help businesses, developers, and clients to understand the ins and outs of energy procurement and helps them navigate the ever-changing energy landscape. Clients’ success is his number one priority and helping them find the best energy solutions for their unique business needs are at the core of his philosophy to advance their success. 

An avid outdoorsman, he enjoys running, golfing, disc golfing, hiking, and spending time with his wife and dog. Grant holds a bachelor’s of science degree in business and a master’s degree in business administration from the University of Mary Washington. 

Logan is Property Cost Solutions’ newest teammate. In 2022, Logan joined PCS to support its growing markets and clientele. Prior to joining Property Cost Solutions, Logan was a financial advisor and also tech professional where he guided internal teams and corporate clients. His background and go-getter attitude contributes to PCS’s success as he supports their growing services. Those who know Logan know he leverages his experience in customer service and negotiation to engage with clients on account management and best energy procurement strategies. 

In his free time, you can find Logan rock climbing, playing table-top games, spending time with friends and family, and exploring new wineries with his wife. Logan is pursuing his bachelors of business administration from Strayer University.

Lee joined Property Cost Solutions in 2017 bringing his critical eye for details and numbers to the forefront. As he first began his career as an anti-money laundering investigator writing SARS reports for a large bank, Lee has leveraged this skill within the energy industry. Achieving bottom line results for clients is what motivates Lee and managing his client-partner relationships. 

Outdoors enthusiast, when he’s not working you can find Lee out playing a round of disc golf, hiking, and camping. Lee holds a bachelor’s of science degree in business from the University of Mary Washington.
